(1)坐标轴数(shu)和联(lian)动轴数(shu)

坐标轴数(shu)和(he)联动轴数(shu)均应满足典型(xing)零件加工要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。一(yi)般情况下,同(tong)(tong)厂(chang)家(jia)、同(tong)(tong)规格、同(tong)(tong)等(deng)精度的卧式加工中心,增(zeng)加一(yi)个标准坐标轴,价格约(yue)增(zeng)加30%—50%。尽管增(zeng)加坐标轴数(shu)可以强化加工中心的功能,是机床上档次的标志之一(yi),但最(zui)终(zhong)还是要(yao)(yao)在工艺要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)和(he)资金(jin)条件下平衡决定。

(2)工作台

卧(wo)式(shi)加(jia)工中心可配置用于分度的回(hui)转工作台(tai)和数控(kong)回(hui)转工作台(tai),后者(zhe)能够实(shi)现任(ren)意分度,作为B轴与(yu)其他轴联动控(kong)制(zhi)。回(hui)转工作台(tai)配置与(yu)否(fou)以及如(ru)何配置必须以实(shi)际(ji)需要来确定,以经济、实(shi)用为目的。

(3)自动换刀装置 (ATC)

选(xuan)型时,还应注意选(xuan)用一些配套(tao)件及(ji)附件,尽量(liang)避(bi)免(mian)因缺少一个几万元就能购买的(de)附件而影响卧式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心的(de)正常运行。慎重选(xuan)择(ze)刀柄(bing)和(he)刀具(ju)(ju)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)保证卧式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心正常运行的(de)关键,最佳的(de)选(xuan)择(ze)办法(fa)应是(shi)(shi)(shi)根据典型零(ling)件所(suo)需的(de)品种和(he)数(shu)量(liang)来确定,并在使用中陆续添置(zhi)(zhi)。在卧式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心的(de)构成中,排屑装置(zhi)(zhi)、防护装置(zhi)(zhi)和(he)对刀装置(zhi)(zhi) (如刀具(ju)(ju)预调仪)等均是(shi)(shi)(shi)必需的(de),对一些尽管不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)必需的(de)配套(tao)件,但如果价格(ge)不(bu)高,对使用带来很多方(fang)便,也(ye)应尽量(liang)选(xuan)用,如附件铣头(tou)、储刀料架、运刀具(ju)(ju)车、装卸器等。

建议:配件越高,能实(shi)现的功能越多,但价格也越贵(gui),采购用户需要根据加工需求(qiu)酌(zhuo)情选配。

7卧式(shi)加工中(zhong)心选型时(shi)还(hai)有(you)什么其他需要注意(yi)的?——需要注意(yi)的一些问题

(1)结(jie)构设(she)计

加工中心(xin)对其床身(shen)、立柱、工作(zuo)台、主(zhu)轴以(yi)及刀库等功能部件的(de)(de)结构设(she)计有着很高(gao)的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),以(yi)达到其高(gao)强度、高(gao)刚度、高(gao)抗振性(xing)和稳定性(xing)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。选型时(shi),应特别注(zhu)意把其结构作(zuo)为一项(xiang)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)具体内(nei)容来进行要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)与(yu)考(kao)虑(lv)。

(2)功能与加工的适(shi)应性(xing)

虽然加(jia)工(gong)中心可以进行钻、扩、铣、镗、铰、攻螺纹乃至车(che)削(xue) (如车(che)铣复合加(jia)工(gong)中心)等(deng)多种加(jia)工(gong),但是在具体(ti)选择(ze)时,还应(ying)(ying)根据(ju)具体(ti)需要来(lai)考虑机床的功能与(yu)加(jia)工(gong)是否(fou)相(xiang)适应(ying)(ying)等(deng)问题(ti)。要注意(yi)以下几(ji)点(dian):

A、复杂曲线(xian)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)时(shi),要(yao)(yao)考(kao)虑(lv)CNC是否有所(suo)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)的曲线(xian)插补(bu)功能,或选择什么方式(shi)逼近加工(gong)(gong)(gong)曲线(xian)并(bing)保证所(suo)要(yao)(yao)求的表(biao)面粗糙度。三维加工(gong)(gong)(gong)时(shi),要(yao)(yao)考(kao)虑(lv)选择适合的刀具结(jie)构,还要(yao)(yao)考(kao)虑(lv)程(cheng)序编制能力,如(ru)有必要(yao)(yao)则必须配(pei)备自动编程(cheng)装置或后置处(chu)理编程(cheng)装置。

B、需要(yao)进行(xing)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)切(qie)削 (非攻螺(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)方(fang)式)时(shi),不仅要(yao)看(kan)是否(fou)有螺(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)切(qie)削功(gong)能(neng)、螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋线插补(bu)功(gong)能(neng)和(he)主轴转(zhuan)动与进给(ji)同步功(gong)能(neng),还要(yao)考(kao)虑机床是否(fou)有径向(xiang)进给(ji)装置、是否(fou)有主轴在(zai)旋转(zhuan)方(fang)向(xiang)上(shang)任意角度位置准(zhun)确定(ding)位功(gong)能(neng)。否(fou)则,仅在(zai)数控系(xi)统中(zhong)用了螺(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)切(qie)削功(gong)能(neng)仍然无法进行(xing)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)切(qie)削C、采(cai)用金刚铰(jiao)、浮动镗(tang)和(he)挤压加工(gong)等(deng)(deng)特种(zhong)加工(gong)时(shi),既要(yao)考(kao)虑适(shi)宜的自(zi)动换(huan)刀的条件(jian),又要(yao)考(kao)虑选择合适(shi)的刀具(ju)结构和(he)切(qie)削用量,应尽可能(neng)在(zai)购(gou)买主机时(shi)一并购(gou)置部分(fen)易(yi)损(sun)部件(jian)及其他(ta)附件(jian)等(deng)(deng)。

D、如果有应用DNC、FMS、CIMS等的规(gui)划,或(huo)要进行网络(luo)制造(zao),则要注意通信(xin)功能(neng),应选(xuan)择(ze)具有RS—232、RS—485甚至(zhi)MAP网络(luo)通信(xin)、CAN总线等接(jie)口的系统(tong)。

(3)运转的可靠性(xing)

卧式加工中心运转的可靠性决定了其质量好坏。数控系统由于某一块插件板故障造成停机数月的现象屡见不鲜,一个传感器失效造成机床丧失部分功能的现象也多有发生。所以在选型过程中,应采取对老用户进行走访等方式,更多一些了解所选卧式加工中心的使用情况。

建议:采(cai)购用户在(zai)选型时,需要对卧式加(jia)工中心整体(ti)的(de)结(jie)构设计(ji)、可靠性(xing)以及(ji)价加(jia)工适应(ying)性(xing)有客观的(de)认识。
